We spent our family holiday in Oliva and, of course, tried bread and pastries in several panaderías. But honestly, none of them can compare to Pericas Panadería.
The pan here is simply amazing – fresh, full of flavor, and baked with real care. Their tarta de almendra (almond flour cake) is absolutely unforgettable, light yet rich at the same time. We also loved the empanadas, so tasty and satisfying. And on Fridays, the traditional cocas are a must – delicious, authentic, and perfect to share.
As someone who grew up with ржаной Бородинский хлеб (rye bread), I can say that the bread at Pericas gives me the same feeling of quality and tradition. They use only high-quality natural ingredients, without chemicals, and everything is truly hand made.

Ha cambiado de dueño y la verdad es que el pan está muy bueno. Probé también las empanadillas y me encantaron. Hacen las de siempre y otras con cordero y calabaza muy buenas. Compré también otro día unos dulces de queso (no sé cómo se llaman) y muy buenos también

Toni, el gerente, es un profesional como la copa de un pino. El pan esta increible. En Oliva los viernes es típico almorzar/comer cocas y Pericas hace las mejores. Como dulces destacaría las tortas, si quieres quedar bien en un cumpleaños o similar acude a la panaderia Pericas!
